Too Lazy to Brush? Read This and You May Be Compelled to Run for a Toothbrush

Our pal Jessica Simpson has famously admitted that she often goes days between brushings, but if she heard about this new research, she might change her ways ...

According to a Scottish study of more than 11,000 people, if you don't brush your teeth twice a day, you're setting yourself up for an increased risk of heart disease. Scientists have long warned of the link between oral and heart health, but this is further proof to brush before bed, even if you really, really don't feel like it.

The researchers believe that bacteria accumulation in your mouth can lead to inflammation that can contribute to cardiovascular risk factors.

Gals, do you ever feel lazy about brushing at night, or in the morning? Or is it a no-brainer for you?
